Features
(1) Multiple configurations and a wide range of applications: Fans are available in the following two configurations, selected according to the pressure, airflow, and noise requirements of the application;
a. Axial-flow roof fan: Model DWT-I . Suitable for low- to medium-pressure, high-volume applications. A reversible model with bidirectional rotation can also be designed according to user requirements. It provides equivalent performance in forward and reverse operation (this product has been granted a national patent);
b. Centrifugal roof fan: Model DWT -Ⅱ. Suitable for applications requiring lower airflow and higher pressure.
(2) High efficiency and low noise: The fan is designed and developed using an advanced CAD software system and multi-objective optimization. This design has received a national utility model patent certificate and a National Patent Excellence Award. Different impeller diameters, speeds, angles, and blade profiles are used to meet the requirements of different operating conditions and match the fan to the system, helping to save energy and reduce noise;
(3) Lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant: The fan impeller can be made from different materials depending on the corrosiveness of the working medium, including ABS (engineering plastic), steel-made FRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic), and aluminum alloy sheet. For centrifugal fans requiring high pressure and operating at higher speeds, the impeller surface receives special galvanizing and corrosion-resistant coating treatment. This reduces the overall weight of the unit while providing good corrosion resistance;
(4) Smooth operation and long service life: The fan has low rotational inertia, high dynamic balancing accuracy, and runs smoothly. Its performance indicators exceed the requirements of the factory’s internal control standards, which are higher than the fan industry standards, ensuring long-term stable operation;
(5) Wide range of applications: The fan can be manufactured in explosion-proof or flame-retardant versions according to application requirements, and is suitable for conveying and exhausting aging-resistant, flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases;
(6) Attractive appearance: The fan cowl is made of FRP, with an imported gelcoat resin film on the exterior. Its gently contoured curves provide an attractive appearance and practical performance. It can also be made with a steel cowl, galvanized and then powder-coated (PVC) according to user requirements;
(7) Operating conditions: The medium temperature must not exceed 60℃. The gas must not contain excessive viscous substances, and its dust content must be less than 100mg/m³, For applications involving higher medium temperatures, a high-temperature fire-smoke exhaust fan (which has received a national patent) can be manufactured as a roof fan for users;
Model Description
(1) Axial-flow roof fans are available in 17 models with diameters from φ300 to φ1800. Centrifugal roof fans are available in nine models with diameters from φ300 to φ1000. Other fan sizes can also be supplied according to user requirements;
(2) The construction of each fan size can be found in the general assembly drawing. The fan consists of an impeller, fan casing, cowl, drive components, hinged damper, bird screen, safety screen, and other components;
(3) Fan drive: The DWT-1 fan uses a direct motor drive. Belt drive can also be supplied if required for the application. Roof fans have a wide range of applications and are produced in many structural configurations to suit their intended uses. The company can design and develop fans and modify their external structures to meet users’ specific technical requirements;
(4) For roof fans requiring a supply or exhaust pressure above 600Pa, centrifugal or centrifugal-axial fans should be used; at pressures of 400~600Pa, mixed-flow fans should be used; below 400Pa, axial-flow fans should be used.
