DTXF/BDTXF Series High-Efficiency, Low-Noise Mixed-Flow Fans and Explosion-Proof Mixed-Flow Fans
Applications and Features
Unlike conventional axial-flow fans, DTXF mixed-flow fans increase the axial velocity of airflow through the flow passage, reducing the static pressure gradient. This helps prevent airflow separation and provides a higher pressure coefficient.
In a DTXF mixed-flow fan, airflow acceleration on the meridional plane is achieved by reducing the relative diameter of the inlet hub, with the fan casing in a cylindrical configuration. The relatively small taper of the impeller hub prevents airflow separation caused by a large step between the rotor hub and the downstream guide-vane hub, enabling the fan to achieve high efficiency and low noise.
Through continuous improvements and advanced manufacturing technology, the DTXF series mixed-flow fans offer a wide range of products, models, and applications. The series is available in 14 sizes with impeller diameters of 400–1400 mm, in four types: -A, -B, -C, and -S, and dozens of model numbers. The series airflow range is 3000–110000 m³/h, with total pressure of 130–2200 Pa, offering design departments and installation contractors a wide range of options. For specific data, please refer to the technical parameter table.
To meet noise requirements in different locations, DTXF mixed-flow fans can be fitted with silencers of various lengths. To suit hazardous environments, the fans are also available in explosion-proof versions. BDTXF explosion-proof mixed-flow fans are suitable for locations containing flammable and explosive substances, but no corrosive gases or dust. Explosion-proof ratings: Ex db II B T4 Gb and Ex db II C T4 Gb.
These fans are widely used for ventilation in industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, restaurants, museums, gymnasiums, and other locations. They are particularly suitable for duct pressurization, air supply and exhaust, and ventilation in high-rise and general buildings.

DTXF-BX Silenced High-Efficiency, Low-Noise Mixed-Flow Fan
The DTXF-BX silenced high-efficiency, low-noise mixed-flow fan consists of three parts: a sound-insulated fan, an inlet silencer, and an outlet silencer. The inlet and outlet silencers are manufactured in accordance with national standard drawings. Silencer lengths (LX) are available in five sizes: 600, 900, 1200, 1500, and 2000. Users may also specify a custom LX length to suit actual installation conditions. The noise reduction values for silencers of different LX lengths are listed in the table below:

Note: The silencer is supplied separately and is not included in the BX model designation. It must be specified when placing an order.
