FFU fan filter units can be connected modularly, making them widely suitable for applications such as cleanrooms, clean benches, clean production lines, modular cleanrooms, and localized Class 100 clean zones. Available with pre-filters and high-efficiency filters, the units draw air in through the top of the FFU and deliver a uniform airflow from the air outlet at a velocity of 0.45m/s±20% .

Features 

The fan uses a German EBM direct-drive, high-efficiency centrifugal fan. It features a long service life, low noise, maintenance-free operation, low vibration, and stepless speed control. The fan is reliable and has a service life of over 50,000 hours.

Particularly suitable for modular ultra-clean production lines, the units can be arranged individually according to process requirements or connected in series to form a Class 100 assembly line.

The housing is made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or cold-rolled steel sheet. It is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, rustproof, and attractive in appearance.

Before shipment, every unit is scanned and tested using a dust particle counter in accordance with U.S. Federal Standard 209E to ensure quality.

Optional Accessories

The German EBM DC fan features energy-efficient operation, centralized computer control, stable performance, low noise, and digital speed control. With the high-efficiency filter at its initial resistance, it can save over 50% in energy. Actual operating costs are low, and a single computer can centrally control the operation and speed of up to 8,000 fans and monitor their operating status.
