Automatic doors are equipped with sensors that emit infrared or microwave signals. When an approaching object reflects these signals, the door opens or closes automatically.

When the sensor detects someone approaching, it collects the signal and generates a pulse signal, which is then sent to the main controller. After processing the signal, the controller tells the motor to run and monitors its rotation speed, enabling it to signal the motor to increase torque at the appropriate time and switch to slow operation. Once the motor receives a certain operating current, it runs forward and transfers power to the synchronous belt. The belt then transfers power to the suspension system to open the door leaf. After the door opens, the controller determines whether it needs to close and, if so, signals the motor to reverse and close the door leaf.

Cleanroom observation windows are available in single-glazed aluminum alloy, double-glazed machine-made panel, and double-glazed handcrafted panel configurations.

Double-glazed cleanroom observation windows provide excellent thermal and sound insulation. They are attractive, have no hard-to-clean corners, and are easy to clean. They are made by bonding two panes of tempered float glass to a stainless steel (or aluminum alloy) spacer containing desiccant, using a high-strength, highly airtight composite adhesive. The result is a high-performance double-glazed cleanroom observation window. Their various performance characteristics are superior to those of ordinary glass observation windows, earning them widespread recognition around the world.

The cleanroom door and window envelope system provides integrated cleanroom solutions across all areas of key industries, meeting users' needs for appearance, reliability, safety, comfort, durability, and airtightness.

The product range includes cleanroom stainless steel doors, cleanroom aluminum alloy doors, cleanroom aluminum alloy melamine resin doors, medical airtight cleanroom doors, medical airtight patient room doors, safety cleanroom doors/fire exit doors, electric airtight sliding doors, electric airtight swing doors, airtight escape doors, and double-glazed cleanroom windows, among dozens of other product series. The range is comprehensive and features innovative designs, premium materials, and fine workmanship. High-quality domestic or imported fittings are used to ensure excellent overall performance. The products have an attractive, smooth finish, high structural strength, excellent corrosion resistance, reliable sealing, dust-free surfaces, and are easy to clean. They are also quick and easy to install. Our cleanroom door and window series are designed for sterile, dust-free environments such as pharmaceutical, electronics, biotechnology, food processing, and hospital operating room facilities.

Hinges

Cleanroom doors use detachable, quiet SUS304 stainless steel hinges with a bearing-mounted pivot. They do not develop noise during prolonged use and have a long service life. Hinges with iron washers, by contrast, wear significantly over time, become noisy, have a short service life, and are prone to failure.

Door panel material

The door panel is made of unpatterned galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1.0 mm.

Gaskets

Cleanroom doors use high-strength adhesive from a leading brand and a fully automatic glue-dispensing machine to form the foam gasket in a single pass. The two-component AB adhesive is mixed at a precise ratio, ensuring the gasket is firmly bonded and resistant to detachment. The doors are also fitted with an automatic drop-down bottom seal. Adhesive-backed gaskets without a drop-down seal provide poor airtightness and cannot ensure cleanroom performance.

Core material

Cleanroom doors use fire-retardant paper honeycomb or aluminum honeycomb, providing good fire resistance. Ordinary paper or aluminum honeycomb may present fire safety risks.

Vision panel

Cleanroom windows use silk-screened float glass that is tempered. The vision panel contains a desiccant to prevent fogging. The glass offers high transparency and strength and is easy to clean.

Powder coating

A powder coating from a leading brand is used. The coating film offers excellent chemical resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, flexibility, acid resistance, corrosion resistance, and crack resistance. The coating surface is smooth and attractive, with excellent adhesion.

Customization

Our cleanroom steel door production facility is equipped with advanced equipment and has large-scale, high-capacity production. We can provide one-stop customization of cleanroom doors in any style or size to meet the diverse needs of cleanroom projects.

A new concept in cleanroom fire doors

Carefully selected materials make a better door

A good cleanroom door does more than one job: one side provides a cleanroom finish, while the other provides fire protection. The door panel is filled with A1-class fire-retardant paper honeycomb or aluminum honeycomb core material, combining fire resistance, thermal insulation, heat retention, water resistance, weather resistance, wind resistance, compression resistance, sound insulation, sound absorption, and environmental friendliness. The door is lightweight yet structurally strong. It was among the first to pass fire-resistance limit testing by MA, ilac-MRA, CNAS, SDQI and other organizations, presenting a new concept in cleanroom fire doors.

A good cleanroom door does more than one job

Cleanroom performance: VHP decontamination panel. Paper honeycomb or aluminum honeycomb core materials provide sound absorption, sound insulation, thermal insulation, water resistance, weather resistance, wind resistance, and compression resistance. They are a new, mainstream type of environmentally friendly cleanroom panel.

Fire protection: Excellent fire resistance, flame retardancy, thermal insulation, and heat retention. The only product in the industry to pass national fire protection and flame-retardant product quality supervision, inspection, and testing by MA, ilac-M  RA, CNAS, and SDQI.
